Raking, bagging leaves and cutting back flowers. These are just several of the demanding tasks required of fall clean up that can lead to painful wrists if done improperly. Tendonitis of the wrist is a common condition typically caused by repetitive wrist motion and sustained pinching/pulling. Symptoms generally consist of pain on either side of the wrist which may include snapping or crackling. Symptoms may be aggravated with direct pressure on the involved tendon.
