We know everybody loves talking to those voice mail/redirecting/call screening machines, well sorry. We do not like them and won't use them. We do use voice mail for after hours calls. If you call us, you are going to have to put up with talking to a real, living, caring person. Yes, I know we're a computer store, supposed to be state of the art when it comes to technology, but we consider those machines a step back, not a step forward. After all, real people have been answering our lines since 1982.
