Johnson Neurological Clinic was established by Dr. James A. Johnson, the 1st neurosurgeon in High Point, to supply neurological and neurosurgical care to the Piedmont area, in association with High Point Hospital and Thomasville Medical Center. He founded a head office in High Point, with satellite clinics in Lexington and Asheboro, thus delivering the 1st neuroscience services available to Lexington Memorial Hospital and Randolph Hospital as well.
