Before catering in Wilmington, North Carolina, Mark began his culinary career some twenty years ago. He has travelled across the country working for tiny restaurants with their own gardens to ground breaking establishments in New Orleans. In between he has owned & operated an organic and specialty vegetable micro-farm that sold product to local Illinois restaurants. While in New Orleans he worked for the Brennan's at Mr. B's Bistro. And when his travels took him to the Rockies, he was the chef at the Yellowstone Garage, known as OYG.

Tara Speth, owner and general manager, has worked in the food industry since the young age of 15, and her passion for food and customer service has allowed Milner's to provide 5 star service to all guests.
