Marcus Paint went from a company with varying types of desktops, versions of windows and backups on an external hard drive, to a plan for getting everyone new hardware with the same specs, upgrades every 5 years on hardware, windows service agreements, and backups in multiple places.

The help desk is like any other, and even though we have industry specific software they were not familiar with they have become familiar with and are knowledgeable today. We have experienced little to no service disruptions over the past 6 years and that is saying something because in previous years we experienced latency and downtime weekly.

In short if you are looking for a company who will truly partner with you and take care of your IT needs like it is their own I highly recommend Mirazon for the job!
