Mulligan William Phd

I'm broadly experienced and trained, having practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for over three decades. During this time, I have worked with individuals (of all ages) couples and families. I received a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Yale University. I was the Founding President of the Tidewater Academy of Clinical Psychologists. I'm a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
