Jeremy, (the owner), was very nice to take on a relatively small job (for them) of renovating portions of our master bath. The estimate was right on, work was done well, and generally, on schedule. I did not enjoy dealing with their office administrator, who was generally pretty rude all four times I had to speak with her on the phone. Once we were under contract, we dealt mostly with Meagan, who was very polite and professional both on the phone and on e- mail or e-builder messaging.

We did have one small issue with plumbing that was eventually corrected after two visits. I would add that I told them I would do the painting and touch up after they were done. In retrospect, I would Just have them do the plaster and paint, so they would be responsible to fix whatever holes they made. (They left several holes in the wall). I would also recommend you NOT pay for the port-o-potty.

It cost $150.00 and noone ever used it. Every contractor, (carpenters, glass guys, and plumbing, installers) all asked to use our bathroom rather than walk to the port o potty outside. The only scheduling issue was a week after they were all done, they scheduled the cleaners to come in. By then we had already cleaned the bathroom and were using it. That was another cost that was necessary, but impractical to wait a week after the major work was done.

This was the second bathroom remodel we did with Muse. If anyone has ever done a construction project understands the frustrations that can occur. Delays, cost overruns etc. The best thing about is the professionalism and communication. With the pandemic we did run into some supply issues but they communicated well and things went smoothly. They have reliable sub contractors who perform quality work and there design team on the front end where great. Would use again.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience using Muse Residential to partially remodel our bathroom, replacing an old fiberglass tub/shower combo with a beautiful custom walk-in shower. The work was top-notch, the process and communications were prompt and professional, and the workers were skilled and respectful of our home and our time.

The BuilderTrend application they provide for clients was so helpful to keep everyone on the same page with expectations, scheduling, updates and financing. This was a smaller job for Muse, as they can do complete home renovations, but we received the same professional treatment they provide for the bigger projects. Highly recommended. We have used MUSE for several home remodel and decorating projects. They are creative, organized, timely and experienced in listening to their clients ideas, wishes and needs. I will continue to use them on any future projects.

MUSE is simply the best of the best. I used them to enlarge and remodel my master bathroom. I was overwhelmed with the beautiful outcome and their ability to make what was in my head come to life. Muse is a great business they work as a team and really know what they are talking about. Wendy and Jerehmy try their hardest to meet their clients' needs and demands and can advise on almost anything that has to do with your dream renovation. They have great customer service skills highly recommended!

Wendy and Jerehmy were outstanding to work with. The communication between us kept a usually stressful undertaking smooth and relatively pain free. They use an app called Buildertrend to document and explain every step of the process. They returned my messages within minutes. Best of all, I have a kitchen I love. My kitchen was completed 7 months ago and I still pause to appreciate little things they recommended or helped with. They are professional, friendly, and really, really good at what they do. I'll certainly be using them for our next home improvement project.

They were fairly responsive, but I haven't heard anything in the last two weeks since I emailed them my photos. To be fair, there was a lapse in communication on my end, but I still never heard anything from them in the long time between communication. They are always very pleasant to deal with when we do communicate.

It was okay. There was very little interaction with them. They did come. That was pretty much it. They didn't come back and go over it. I expected a little more interaction with them as a vendor host in a designer sense. I did not spend more than the "Big Deal." The design work turned out fine. It's not exactly what I wanted and there wasn't an opportunity for me to comment. I've probably asked for a few changes.

My husband and I hired Muse to remodel our entire home. They re-did the whole interior: bathroom, kitchen, refinished the hardwood floors, picked new fixtures, got rid of the popcorn ceilings, added a closet and more. I was impressed with the speed, quality, beautiful design and professionalism they brought to the experience. I was dreading the remodel but working with Muse made it easy and enjoyable. Plus, the finished product is more beautiful and functional than I ever even imagined it could be!
