National Bank Of Kansas City was established by a group of local businessmen who agreed there was a need for a strong, nationally chartered bank with a warm, neighborhood approach to clients and tiny businesses. The Bank received its charter on March 29, 1999, and officially opened its doors the next day. The charter group of employees pledged to treat every client with respect and regularly reward them by running the Bank with efficiency, honesty and integrity - a practice we still honor today.
