We're educated on ingredients, we won't sell dry and canned pet food with by-products alongside natural foods, and we do not gouge prices on premium pet products. read moreChris and Anne Gabriel opened Nature's Nibbles out of their house in Arlington, Virginia in 2005, with the belief that pets are part of the family, and the food we give them should reflect this special relationship. Originally, it was an online delivery service. Over margaritas at Taqueria Poblano, they decided to open their brick and mortar store in Del Ray in 2006, and have been in business advising the community on pet nutrition and health ever since. In 2018, Anne was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, and in the following year underwent treatment.
