Partners Anthony Elesi and Peter Ogwulu had been successful in their separate corporate careers and were hoping to fulfill their childhood dream of owning their own business. When Mr. Elesi went to visit Mr. Ogwulu in Maryland, he was surprised to see a line of people snaking out of the dry cleaners. He learned that some dry cleaning operators had installed new equipment and technology that improved efficiency, enabling them to charge significantly less than Mr. Elesi was paying in New Hampshire.
