New Deal Furniture

With support from my father-in-law, Henry A. Silva, we added a showroom, which became known as the New Deal Mercantile Furniture Annex. I filled the showroom with furniture, and I was the buyer, delivery boy, salesperson and janitor, I selected quality furniture that would appeal to people of any income level and we backed that up with friendly quality client service.
