For the health of our sanders, other contractors, customer homeowners, and their families and pets, NorCal utilizes a patented Cyclonic Dust Containment System. All sanding equipment is attached to a powerful vacuum system with HEPA filters that capture particles down to 1 micron in size. Whether the house is occupied or empty, wood dust from sanding is a concern. Dust from a refinished floor will contain particles of varnish, polyurethane, and in older homes, even lead.
