I have lattice degeneration in my retinas and he took the time to answer some questions I had, he did not seem rushed at all. I also got a new pair of glasses and Rachel was so friendly and helpful in finding me a pair! I am looking forward to my next appointment with them!

read moreIt was the first time I've been to Normandy Optimal since my former eye doctor retired last year. Dr. Chrustowski was incredibly thorough and explained to me the 2 different types of the multiple cataracts I had and that they weren't severe enough to have them corrected by surgery. He was also patient with my 100+ questions and very professional and personable. I highly recommend him! And Rachel did a fabulous job of selecting frames for me that were current and on trend. I couldn't be happier!

Optometrists provide excellent care and take the time to answer your questions. I am colour blind and have a terrible time picking out glasses. So glad I came to have my eyes examined and it's been a few years. Rachel brought me lots of frames and helped me pick ones just right for my face. I trust her opinion. The doctor did a very thorough eye exam and I believe I've found an optical center I can stick with! Reasonable pricing too!

I have been getting my glasses from Normandy for 11+ yrs . I have dealt with Rachel all this time and she is outstanding!! After seeing my opthomalogist I took my script to Rachel to get new glasses. Rachel noticed a large variance in my prescription from last years script and urged me to have another opinion before she filled the new script. She was able to get me in to see Dr. Sesto the very next day. I felt that Dr. Sesto was more thorough and took more time to explain all issues than my opthomolagist (who I have been seeing for approx. 10 + yrs.) ever did. I can not say enough about Dr. Sesto and Rachel's concern and care they gave me. Thank you such much!!
