N Valley Baptist Church was set up in 1975 with a tiny band of 75 people. In 1976, Dr. Jack Trieber was called to pastor this infant work. God has greatly blessed the ministry of our pastor. From 1975 to present, more than 2. 6 million people have come to hear the preaching of God's Word, with over 58, 000 making a profession of faith in Christ for salvation in one of our services, and over 14, 000 following the Lord in believer's baptism. In these last thirty two years, God has enabled the church to experience numerous building projects and expand its facilities to include a 65, 000-square-foot building at.

What We Believe
read moreWe believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments and that they compose the entire Word of God. The Scriptures are inerrant, infallible, and God-breathed; and therefore, are the final authority for faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments are the complete and divine revelation of God to man. The Scriptures shall be interpreted according to their normal grammatical-historical meaning. The King James Version of the Bible shall be the official and only English-language translation used by North Valley Baptist Church.

read moreFounded in 1977, the North Valley Baptist School exists to give the young people of our church a Bible-based education, training them for the work of the Lord. Established in 1996, Golden State was started to train men and women who have a sincere desire to serve the Lord by equipping them with the tools necessary for a fruitful ministry. Our worldwide missions program currently supports about two hundred missionaries each month. We have also taken missions trips to see the work of our missionaries first-hand.

God has used Dr. Trieber to accomplish much for His glory in Santa Clara, California, since he became pastor in 1976. Under his leadership, the church averages nearly 3,000 in attendance each Sunday. The church is also home to an elementary, middle, and high school that provides Bible-based education for the children of our church. The church reaches out to Santa Clara County through a thriving bus ministry which has brought more than one million people to church over the past 41+ years.
