In 1987, Northwest Buffalo Community Center wanted to reply to the health care requirements of the Black Rock community in Buffalo. Upon receiving a Grant from the Health Resources Services Administration and the Bureau of Primary of Health Care, Northwest Buffalo Community Health Care Center was established as a private not for profit. NW Buffalo Community Health Care Center accepts most insurance plans and specifically focuses on the uninsured and underserved. The Health Center utilizes a sliding fee scale structure for our uninsured patients.
