NOVA advanced a horizontally designed business platform in fisheries by providing financing, engineering, manufacturing and marketing for vessel operators, processors and fishers themselves. Over the decades NOVA has participated in traditional and aquaculture fisheries in the United States and around the world. The Seattle, Washington office became NOVA's headquarters in 1986 with financing provided by private investors and Rainier National Bank.
