Our aim at NRGIZE is to teach in a positive environment about lifestyle choices. We accomplish this by teaching that individual earn is a choice. Self-motivation is a strong tool that leads to nice choices which leads to a healthy self-esteem. There is a rising overweight/obesity epidemic that is facing the US today, with childhood overweight/obesity being at a rate of 45% by 2010. We trust that a strong emphasis of preventative measures including nutrition awareness coupled with a non-traditional Interactive Fitness program in an environment designed for positive mental.
