For OHR to achieve its goals, we'll have to maintain rapid growth rate for at least two decades. Resources, both staff and capital, will have to be continually invested in producing the superior products necessary for growth. Shareholders must be extremely patient, because we'll never manage the firm to increase short-term financial return at the expense of the long-term goals.
