I'm ART certified for the upper extremity and plan on completing the body very soon. ART is used as the official Ironman soft tissue technique. I use kinesio-tape, which can improve joint function, relieve pain, and reduce edema. You may have noticed Kinesio-tape when it was used on certain Olympic athletes in China 08 games. I use other techniques when needed based on what you, the patient, need performed to make you better the quickest.
