Was able to call One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning yesterday for A/C maintenance and coil cleaning and Mr. Nate Everhart serviced it today , cleaning both coils ! Great company team response time . Nate Everhart taught me more about my Trane Unit even having an HVAC & Recover License from the US Army & EPA myself , but not being Trane trained . Nate installed Start Assist for my unit today that if I knew the right part number and power torque needed would have had on unit from day one three years ago when unit was brand new. Unit should last longer by avoiding hard starts on the compressor . Joined Comfort Club today for 14.95 a month were they will tune up & clean unit once a year & discount parts & repairs . Nice People , Very Polite & On Time & Fine Workmanship ! Thank You Very Much for the free servicing today as I transitioned from out of business company that installed Trane unit V/r

Well we got a mold test done in our house that we recently bought (due to everyone being sick all the time). The mold test came back with you guessed it mold specifically in our ventilation system. We have only been here for a few months now so lucky us
I did a quick google search of companies in the area and this one had the most and highest reviews so I picked them. The same day I called they sent a service tech out to my house. His name was Paul and he was super thorough he didn’t come in and say this is how much we charge to clean duct work. He looked at my entire setup so much so I thought we had gotten off track (I was wrong lol). My system had been completely thrown together none of the duct work was correctly sized or installed for that matter. The coil was sized for a smaller unit and was unable to work correctly whatsoever. Which made sense because our house was 78 degrees all summer. Long story short I got a quote the next day from another gentlemen I think his name was Austin. We had a long discussion about where I was at financially and how much I wanted to spend/finance. He respected my wishes and didn’t try to sell me on anything more than what I wanted.
The service team came to the house the next day. And ripped out/installed all new duct work. They restored service in the same day and tied up the loose ends on the following day. The duct they installed was at least twice the size of what was installed, which shows how inadequate our setup was. Nick, Zack, and Jayden worked diligently on our home and now it’s the most comfortable it has been since we have been there and free of mold. The service team was amazing we have a special needs son and they always made sure they locked the gate behind them. They were good with our dogs. Truly was a great experience 10/10 recommend this company. They also have pretty solid finance options if you need them, not everyone has thousands on hand to make the system right. I won’t go anywhere else...
