One On One Fitness

In 1998 One on One Fitness opened its doors to the City of Fremont. Our aim to One on One Fitness is to supply the best quality individual training service in an atmosphere that is friendly, positive, and productive. Over the last several years we've been fortunate enough to have helped 100's of people reach various kinds of fitness and health aims. Our customers have ranged from the teenage athlete who wants to improve performance in a particular sport, to the older adult who wants to maintain mobility and independence.
