One On One Private Fitness

I began my private training business in 1987. Since then, our program has expanded to the biggest private fitness and Pilates facility in the Central Valley. What was once a 400 square foot studio is now a facility that is over 6, 000 square feet. Though my facility is much bigger now, the concept has never changed. One on One is the way it should be done. I received my certification in weight training through the National Federation of Professional Trainers in 1990. I became very interested in the concepts of Joseph Pilates in 1996.
