Segovia with one truck and one employee, Segovia Produce is the oldest locally owned & operated produce distribution company in Central Texas. 40 years later, theyre still family owned and operated. Today, Segovia Produce employs 35 hard working men and women (15 of which are Segovia family members). Segovia has a fleet of 25 refrigerated trucks and cargo vans and a 14,500 square foot warehouse located in the heart of downtown Austin. On the whole, their focus is breads: Hamburger buns, sandwich bread, rolls, breadsticks, pizza crusts, hotdog buns, hoagies, you name it!

PLA (polyactic acid) corn plastic is made from corn grown in the USA and is an excellent sustainable alternative to petroleum bases plastic. Biodegradable, compostable and sustainable! All plates, bowls and clamshell to go containers are made by BagasseWare. These disposable food containers are made from bagasse: paper pulp made from plant fibers.
