Established in 1950 by parents of kids with disabilities, OPARC has evolved into an organization with about 200 employees and an annual budget of more than $10 million. The Corporate office is in Montclair, California, with program facilities situated in Montclair, Ontario, San Bernardino, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga, California.
