We're glad to remain a locally owned and family run business which has become a trusted name in funeral service. Our history starts in 1903 when O. R. Woodyard Sr. One of ten kids of a Methodist minister, growing up in the rural setting of Waterford, Ohio decided after a death of a sibling decided pursue a career in the mortuary profession.
