Oriental Medicine dates back over eight thousand years. It's a comprehensive medicine. Over the millennia, it had to cope with everything from headaches and neck pain, to malaria and plagues. That long ago, Oriental doctors described the endocrine system. They said that the kidneys had a major responsibility in the manufacture of blood. The West didn't understand this until the 1970's We don't know how they knew these things. However, what they said is still very true today.
