Highly recommend!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Coat!I chose them for three reasons: 1) Adam, who bid the job. I never met him in person, but he is very personable and responsive, answered all of my many questions, and suggested I change the scope of the job, which hadn't occurred to me but made perfect sense. I felt like I could trust him and I was right. 2) Price -- The best price out of three estimates. 3) Five-star Yelp reviews.
The job was scheduled in the timeframe we initially discussed. Anthony, who managed the crew, came out to walk through the project with me. His communication was excellent, so I always knew when they were coming and the couple of times things were delayed due to unseasonable rain. The crew of three was amazing -- they worked 10 hour days to get the job done. Every day they cleaned up all of their gear.

Great experience!
We chose Pacific Coat Painting to do a facelift on our 1950s SW Portland home based on reviews and we were not disappointed! We received a very professional and prompt initial bid from Kevin. After attempting to obtain other bids from other recommended painting companies (one who called us after looking at our house on Google earth to give us a bid which was sever thousand dollars more than Pacific Coat!!) and terrible communication with other companies, we felt very comfortable with choosing Pacific Coat.Our painting crew (Kyle and Denny) was superb! Their communication and promptness were greatly appreciated after dealing with less than stellar communication with the company that we selected to replace our roof. Aside from being just really nice guys, they gave us honest opinions on our selected color and paint brand selection. We went with a really dramatic dark color on our house and were advised to shell out the extra money for Benjamin Moore paint and the actual color that we selected instead of getting it matched by another paint brand. We are really happy we did and are so pleased with the results!
Kyle and Denny prepped (scraped and power washed) and painted in three days and then came back for one additional day for the detail work and doors. The attention to detail was impeccable and we really appreciated being able to walk through the finished job to make sure we were happy. From what I gather, all of their crews are employees instead of being sub-contractors. I feel that this does make a difference in the quality of work.
Such a great experience with this company and we couldn't be happier with the finished result!
