For over 90 years, Panhandle-Plains Land Bank, FLCA has been helping farmers and ranchers purchase land on which to gain their living and raise their families. Our original mission - to be a reliable source of mortgage financing for agricultural producers - is as valid today as it was in 1917, the year this cooperative was established. At Panhandle-Plains Land Bank, FLCA, agricultural loans remain the cornerstone of our business, and from that base, we currently have grown to provide additional kinds of loans as changes in land use have created new financing requirements.
