A standardized Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and other appraisal reporting forms were developed and designed by Fannie Mae delivering a concise format in which the appraiser can report the property's description, analysis and evolve the valuation leading to a property's estimated market value. The current version of the URAR form reflects the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) adopted and promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of The Appraisal Foundation as the minimum appraisal standards.
