Park Towne Development Corporation is a family owned Madison-based real estate firm serving southern Wisconsin for over forty years. The beginning of Park Towne was an idea two brother-in-laws had to buy some land on the W side of Madison to hold and sell to a developer. As time went by the decision was made to evolve the land themselves as Parkwood Hills neighborhood. Parkwood Hills included single family lots, condominiums and a retail center. A several years later they purchased the land across the street and developed the commercial neighborhood of Park Towne.
