Pasadena Mental Health

The Pasadena Mental Health Center serves everyday people who need emotional support and guidance during difficult periods in their lives. We serve adults, kids, couples and families from all cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds in the Pasadena/Altadena area and surrounding communities. We provide confidential one-on-one personal counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, and support groups. Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
