What a great tour and guide! Cousin Will was the best. very informative and entertaining. This tour was our favorite activity in Oahu. The small group size (14) made the experience even more enjoyable. This tour is well worth the cost!

My wife and I decided to book a tour with Pearl Harbor Tours, which included a tour of Pearl Harbor and a circle tour of Oahu. Our driver and tour guide was Will. We have taken many tours with other companies over the years, but this one was by far the best. The single reason was Will. His knowledge of Oahu and Hawaii in general was outstanding, and his wit and humor coupled with his knowledge made the all day tour extremely enjoyable. If you are looking to get an extensive tour of Oahu, be sure to use Pearl Harbor Tours and ask for Will as you will find no better guide on this island.period!

"Cousin Kai" was our guide for our tour of Pearl Harbor, and he was great! We flew in from Maui, and our flight was slightly delayed. He was on the phone checking on us the moment we deplaned. Our group was a bunch of senior citizens, and he consistently went the extra mile to make sure everyone was OK. The tour itself was a bucket list item for many of our group. Visiting the Arizona Memorial was a moving experience, as was boarding the USS Missouri. All in all we were very satisfied.

Awesome trip! Will was the best tour guide! So helpful and accommodating! Amazingly helpful to navigate the tour with a wheelchair when so many companies just say no! This was worth every penny!

My wife and I booked this tour for our 5-year anniversary trip to Hawaii and it was well worth! The experience was amazing because of our tour guide Eli - was extremely knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and kept us laughing the entire time. Such a wonderful day! Our driver/guide was Will. He was knowledgeable, friendly, energetic and fun! Our day was long, but filled with some wonderful sights:Pearl Harbor, the Missouri, as well as the Aviation Museum, the Punchbowl and a quick downtown stop. An absolutely wonderful experience!

We absolutely had a blast on our complete 8hr Pearl Harbor tour. Our guide Nava was excellent. We were impressed with his local knowledge of Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, and the cultural History! My parents and I took the Complete Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Tour, and it was just what we needed for a first-time visit. We got to see all of the major sites and spent a good amount of time at each one. We also got to see several key historical sites throughout Honolulu. Cousin Sam was an excellent guide. He skillfully balanced solemnity at the various memorial sites and levity the rest of the time. We are grateful to him for a wonderful experience. Just make sure to come well-rested and be ready for a full day of touring!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with tour guide extraordinaire Willy. Not only was he highly knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii, Pearl Harbor and modern sites of interest, he was also funny and personable. The small group size added enjoyment as the group got to know each other. Highly recommend this tour! It's a must!

We were picked up at Aston Waikiki hotel on time by our tour guide, Will! We had an amazing time on our tour to Pearl Harbor. Will was an excellent tour guide. great information and great sense of humor as well. I would highly recommend this tour!

Overall a great day, our VIATOR Pearl Harbor, Punchbowl and City Tour was great. Wish I had more time at the memorials to take it all in and it didn't start so early. Tour was enlightening, well planned and organized. Our tour guide Will was informative, funny, knowledgeable, arrived on time and kept it flexible to individual needs. Everyone was accommodating with my mobility challenges, ensured that I was included and encouraged me to experience everything that I could at my own pace. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

While our tour was great and Will was a fabulous tour guide, I thought I booked a 6 hour tour so was surprised to get the bonus tour. Will was great and truly brought the history to life.

So much history to learn and see. Walking through the museum (free) and understanding more of what had happen is astonishing. The books are one thing but when you walk through here it's almost emotional.

When we signed up for the "From Waikiki: Pearl Harbor Tour with USS Arizona Memorial" thru GetYourGuide & the local partner was E NOA Corporation, we were excited to see the Arizona & the Missouri. As requested, we provided our hotel address info for pick-up the day of the tour by 0730 hrs. Then the email said pick-up was @ our hotel between 0645 hrs and 0730 hrs.

The expectation based on all the correspondence was that we were going to be picked up @ our hotel per the reservation. We got a text the night before saying that we were to meet @ 0745 hrs by a Hawaiian statue; we thought this meant after we were picked up from our hotel. What wasn't clear is that our hotel address was used for determining a larger pick-up area, not that we were to be picked up @ our hotel.

All the various methods of communication were confusing, inconsistent, incoherent & frustrating. The tour was great except for the pick-up confusion; we appreciated the tour guide, but couldn't hear her very well from the 2nd deck of the tour bus.

I highly recommend this company. Our driver and guide, JJ, was fantastic. We did the Pearl Harbor and Circle Island Tour, and JJ safely and comfortably made sure we git to see and enjoy everything. He knew all facts and points of interest, incuding some non-touristy ones. Example, at the North Shore, he recommended a food truck just yards away from the high priced and crowded touristy ones. We went on the island tour with Aaron and had a great time! Once you make the reservation, they will confirm where you're staying so they can make a plan to pick you up. They don't typically text until the night before (I had called to ask). Once on the tour, we started at Pearl Harbor and they made the reservation for us to take the ferry to the Arizona.

I wish we got more time there, but understood that this was the tour we chose. Other stops we made were at Dole Plantation, a food truck park, Macadamia nut farm and a mountain overlook of the island. Aaron was fun, provided a wealth of knowledge and gave us recommendations on what to do with our last day on the island. I highly recommend the island tour if you're like us and only on Oahu for a short time and don't have a rental car because we wouldn't have been able to get to all these places otherwise!

I booked this tour through Viator. Our tour guide "Will", picked us up on time and from the start of the tour was very informative and friendly. Our visit to Pearl Harbor was an experience we have planned for years and Viator made it easy to plan.

5 out of 5 stars easily. This was the highlight of our trip and definitely worth the money paid. Our guide Ali'i was amazing! He deserves a raise! So happy we were paired with him as we learned so much about the island and had the best time with him! Very knowledgable! The personalized tour with only 12 people is a must! As we saw huge tour busses loading up, we were so happy we had a small and friendly feel to our tour. Definitely recommend this tour!

Our experience on Pearl Harbor Tours was perfect! Our tour guide, Vetti, made the experience so wonderful for me and my husband. He was very friendly and so knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor as well as sites throughout Honolulu. Vetti was the best and made us feel like family! The tour was very well organized and had smooth transitions from site to site. Highly recommend this company, and Vetti is the best tour guide ever! My husband and I were VERY happy!

Eli was amazing. We did the Pearl Harbor and circle island tour. It started great as he was right on time to pick us up and was excited to get started. We went to Pearl Harbor and we loved how respectful he was. We had plenty to time to watch the video and walk around before we went to the Arizona. The rest of the day was filled with laughs, education, and incredible views.

We stopped for lunch at a place with tons of food truck options. It was so much fun. If you are looking for a personal tour that's not in a huge bus, with someone who knows the island, and treats you like family, this is the tour for you. We would recommend it to everyone!

We took the USS Arizona and USS Missouri tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a small, personal tour and everyone was friendly and social. Our tour guide, Aaron, was very chill and just a nice guy. He was prompt, polite, and gave us some great information! We did not feel hurried or rushed. There was a food truck at the Missouri which really good.

My husband forgot his phone in the van but Aaron was easily reached and was so kind to come back and return it to us. This tour operator had great communication. The van was very clean. Aaron was very respectful and wore a mask the entire time so if that is something that is important to you then this is your tour. I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!

Booked Oahu and Pearl Harbor tour. Had a great guide, Harold who shared many stories of the island with us. They arranged flights over from Hilo and backed. Helped arrange Covid tests needed for return trip back to Big Island. I can only give 5 stars, but it was definitely a 10 star tour. Special thanks to Harold for running me by Kinkos.
