This is a family business, so don't expect any confusion over which dispatcher or secretary you talked to. If you talked to Slawik, you spoke with the owner, and I will remember you (or I will at least try) If you have a favorite driver, I will try to ensure that you'll get the same driver again. If you have a concern, don't be afraid to bring it to my attention. I personally vouch for your satisfaction. Drivers are not allowed to ask for payment on wedding reservations.
