PHONE CALLS: A phone nurse will be available to take your call during normal business hours. Our trained nurses answer most uncomplicated questions asked by the parents. If your question is complex, the doctor is consulted and the nurse will return your call. Please call during normal business hours if you need your prescription refilled and have your pharmacy name and number available. If you are calling to make an appointment, we suggest you avoid calling during the busiest calls volume between 9:00 am and 10:30 am.
