I view my customers as creative and resourceful individuals who are facing difficult or challenging times in their lives. My role as therapist is to assist my customers identify what is keeping them stuck so they can re-engage with a life they value. Therapy is very much a co-creative process for integrating mind, body, and spirit in ways that promote health and well-being. As a psychologist I have counseled adults and couples for over fifteen years. I have expertise in cognitive and behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and EMDR.
