We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem. Patrick came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the gas valve and the furnace has been working properly ever since. He even responded to me when he was on vacation to help us get to the bottom of the problem. After having another repairman mess up installing a fan in my old furnace then an electrical shirtage due to storms i was SOL, then come Patric at PGX, him and another installed a brand new furnace for me, helped me through a tough time and were so understanding (even when i ran into more issues after!) I dont know how to thank them! They were professional, timely, cleaned up everything after as well! Mu new furnace is 10000% better them my old one!

They even told me about issues i didnt even know i had! They never pressured me or gave super unnecessary high qoutes like many of the others i had come out! Definitely give them a call when you have problems, its worth it!
