Deeply dedicated to the essence of yoga, Angela has been inspired since she 1st read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1976. Angela provides a multi-dimensional approach to her teaching based on years of study with several of the most influential yoga practitioners, including Donna Farhi, Eric Schiffman, Patricia Walden and Temple of Kriya Yoga. Her yoga teaching is enriched with certifications in Barratt Breath Work and Thai Yoga Therapy and she is a 500-hour Registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
