Phoenix Decorating Co. Is the leader in developing media exposure for its float sponsors. It is the only company with a year-round media relations manager, resulting in media coverage which captures the whole float creation process for its customers. Media coverage of Phoenix sponsors begins in January, and spans the whole year. Regional, international and national media groups visit the two Phoenix sites each year to document the Tournament of Roses float experience.
