I'd like to thank Phoenix Movers for the flawless move of our apartment. Throughout my lifetime I moved many times across the country as well as overseas and Phoenix Movers provided me and my family with the best moving experience so far. Full support from the office throughout my interaction with this company. They were respectful of our property, professional and faster than any other moving company I used to work with.
Their price was fair too, regardless of the long distance between our old and new place (more than 40 miles). I would highly recommend Phoenix Movers to anyone who is looking for the best moving company in Boston MA.

Explained all the details well, responded promptly, was always in touch. And most importantly, they delved into our problems and were ready to help. This responsiveness is well worth it! The crew was amazing and outstanding. Prompt, courteous, clean, careful, efficient, and more. One of our pieces was a futon frame which was my bed for years. It had been developing a creak whenever I lay down, or turned over. Not enough to be disturbing, but along the lines of "When I'm at the new place I should look for a new bed." When they set it up at the new house, the creak was fixed! I highly recommend this company!

It's been more than a month since Phoenix helped me move and I finally get to sit down to write a review (my first review ever). I do wish more people get to know Phoenix as they're absolutely the best. I moved at the end of Aug/beg of Sept, the busiest and most expensive time to move. Most movers simply quoted me thousands of dollars without even knowing my situation (interstate move but not a ton of stuff). Walter got me a customized deal with only a fraction of prices most others asked for.
He was so responsive and patient throughout the process. The two movers who helped me move, they are exceedingly professional. Very kind and friendly too. I can't thank them enough. (one more thing, I created a little drama by having to reschedule, days before the move. Walter helped me find the next available date, free of any extra charge. They are just fantastic.)

Phoenix Moving was incredible for a two bedroom apartment to a house. Guys were prompt. Extremely cautious with every item. Wrapped every big item and not a single scratch on anything. The guys were so polite and focused. I will absolutely refer them to anyone moving. Great experience.

The office that I was working in had to be moved and we contacted Phoenix moving company. I should emphasize the manager was very polite, patient and was ready to answer all of my questions. The guys were packed safely and thoroughly. All boxes were labelled, therefore it helped me to manage unpacking pretty fast. Professional approach toward a work and respectful attitude which makes me to appeal Phoenix movers for help next time.

I had a wonderful experience with the movers. They were kind, courteous and efficient. They took great care of everything that was being moved. We got to my apartment and we couldn't get my couch through a door way. They did everything they could to get it in and we managed to squeeze it in! It was an awesome moment! It was the biggest weight off my shoulders and I felt comfortable to have them move my things into Boston. I would definitely use them in the future. I'll never use any other company now

Excellent service. The process from quoting to payment was seemless. The packing crew were friendly, well trained and very flexible. Everything was packed with care and there was zero damage to our property. We moved from an apartment to a house, picked up a piano and other large items at a storage lockup and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again

Incredibly impressed with these guys-100% recommend. Had a nightmare move with another company froM NYC to Boston a couple of years ago (tons of damage, delay, etc) and Phoenix was the polar opposite. They were quick, efficient, did an excellent job with all my items, and no damage to walls or furniture whatsoever. All done much faster than I would have thought possible-thank you!

We had to switch from self-move to hiring movers with a week's notice on one of the busiest moving days in Boston (8/31). Phoenix ended up having availability to work us into their schedule and were very responsive when scheduling and leading up to the move, and did a very professional and efficient job on moving day, thoroughly wrapping furniture pieces that needed it and worked quickly. Thanks to Walter and the team for helping us with a successful move! I'll be calling them again next time moving day comes around.
