Piedmont Environmental Center

At Piedmont Environmental Center (an environmental preserve named for Rebecca Rhodes Smothers) we make environmental education fun for kids and adults of all ages. Nature is not just for kids. We currently have eleven miles of hiking trails on 376 acres - preserved and protected for your education and enjoyment. Our qualified naturalists are waiting to share the beauty and wonders of our outdoor classrooms with you and your family.
