The Pilates Fitness Studio is a traditional style Pilates studio. This pure style is the original Pilates that is directly descendent in its methods and lineage from Joseph Pilates himself. Pam England was certified by Romana Kryzanowska and The Pilates Guild of New York in 1999 and is the owner of The Pilates Fitness Studio. An expert dancer and choreographer, she has been teaching movement classes for over twenty years and is cofounder of Ground Zero Dance Company. She holds a BFA in Dance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a MFA in Dance from Arizona State University.
