A California corporation was established as Mokelumne-Miller Enterprises. D.b.a. Premier Staffing as a women-owned business. During the early years, activity focused on permanent clerical, accounting, technical, and administrative placements. As the requirements of customers changed, so did the operation. Service was extended to include temporary and temp-to-hire in addition to permanent placements.
