The Tech who did the installation explained all the features of the equipment while he was installing it and then discussed the system further when it was fully functional. The install was neat and professional. Great company to do business with

Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job in installing our outdoor cameras and doorbell camera timely to ensure all equipment worked before leaving. Last, he took the time to walk us through how to operate our Home hub and Brinks App. I am thankful that we had such an experienced technician. Jason was very timely and highly efficient. Neat appearance and very polite. Mostly, he was extremely knowledgable and completed updating my equipment and replaced my battery and worn out/broken key fobs. Then explained all the changes in a clear manner.

Our technician, Kevin was professional and worked quickly to repair our brinks alarm panel. He notified me before testing the alarm. He even went as far as to replace the batteries to our motion sensor.

Both Kevin and Todd were exceptional. Both came out and quickly evaluated our needs and got to work. They came prepared, and provided excellent customer service! They got everything fixed for us, including reconnecting our door sensors, explaining how to fix our low battery problem, and fixing up the doorbell camera which had stopped working. Highly recommend!

Wonderful. They installed our home security system over 15 years ago. We have a complicated system as our home has undergone numerous remodels- it has been so nice to have developed a relationship with Kevin and Todd who have been incredibly responsive if a need arises. The monitoring system is also very good and have never failed to notify us when the alarm is activated or it detects something that might need attention. I have only great things to say about Premier Tech Security!

I was impressed with the industry knowledge and professionalism of Kevin Allen. The company was great to work with! Every visit the company reps arrived on time and after the installation they tested it, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew how to use all the bells and whistles of the system. They even checked in with me days later to make sure I was satisfied! It is always a pleasure to work a company that does not take your business for granted.
