I cant give Brett enough praise. He was extremely professional with the entire process. He explained my AC situation in such a way that Im more in tune and educated on why my AC issue began in the first place! Nicholas was also very professional in giving a realistic expectation of arrival for Brett and my AC was fixed in a matter of minutes. We love Randy and his son. They are super flexible and even came to check our heater at Winter Storm Uri. They fixed it quickly and our house again got warm fast! Highly recommend Prestige Air! I contacted Nicholas when I was having a hard time installing a nest thermostat. I sent him pictures of my system including the furnace, which he let me know I had a heat pump system that google nests aren't the most compatible with. Nicholas recommended me to instead get an Ecobee3 that works well with the heat pump so I ended up returning the nest, picking up the ecobee with a $50 energy rebate, so I ended up saving even more money which was a pleasant surprise.
I first messaged him on Sunday morning, he came out that Tuesday afternoon, and had me up and running in 30 minutes. He's a quality guy and great at what he does so I couldn't recommend him enough.

It's not very often in the city that you find a company that feels like they're good country folk! I had the pleasure of meeting Nick, the owner a while back for a maintenance on my AC. Of course, being summer, they were extremely busy and booked solid so it was an unusual surprise that the owner came out just for a maintenance check himself! It's not very often that any business would care enough that the owner would come out at any hour just to make sure it was taken care of!
That kind of service alone will keep me calling them year after year, not to mention the fact that I could tell he was an honest, knowledgeable young man that really knows his trade! Good job Prestige Air! You earned a customer for life!

All around awesome job from Nick and Prestige Air. We had a leak in our evaporator coil and Nick came out diagnosed the issue, recharged our system until he could get a coil, found one quickly and replaced the coil with a much higher quality one that was installed under our builders warranty. Straightforward, knowledgeable, honest and quality work at a great price!

Nicholas and his team have been amazing. He came out and quoted a new system that was very competitive with others, for what I felt was a superior product. He went through every part of the process so there were zero questions left unanswered. His team was able to replace all my old duct work, add larger vents, add a new return so the system could breathe and repaired a disaster that was left by the installation team that installed the previous system, all in one day.
They were professional, polite, and cleaned up afterwards so you would never know they were there. I wish I could have found them when my other system went out! Since that was a nightmare I've been on both sides and Prestige is hands down the best company I've had in my home. I hired them to come in and fix the installation on my larger system so I will definitely be using Prestige again!

I had a great experience using these guys. Small shop, family-owned business. They were quick and responsive - came out the next day on a non-urgent repair. Nicholas clearly laid out my options and answered my questions about what fixes were necessary and what other items I should consider that weren't required. I had an ideal interaction with them all the way through and they completed the repair very quickly.
