Princeland Properties

Princeland Properties currently manages a portfolio of projects that includes multi-tenant, industrial, and office buildings situated in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. In addition to ongoing property management, the firm is actively developing a range of projects on the properties that it has purchased. Princeland Properties was set up in 1955. Its original involvement in real estate development was acquiring land to build its own manufacturing facilities.
