I don't write reviews often but wanted to take a second to commend the professionalism of Eloy and his crew. I woke up to find our large (50 ft.) pear tree had fallen over and was leaning on our power line and the neighbor's house. I called Progressive at 7:15am, had someone out to take a look at 8:00 am, and work was started on the tree at 10:30 am.

Not only were Eloy and his crew fast but also very friendly, taking the time to answer any questions I had along the way. If you are looking for a professional, responsive and fairly priced. tree service, I cannot recommend Progressive's services enough

We had an excellent experience with Progressive Tree Service. A knowledgeable and informative proposal was made by Juan for the job of trimming and thinning our large silver maple. The work was done at all times collaborating with us in regards to how aggressively we wanted the tree thinned out and which branches to remove or cut back. Very tastefully done in all regards. Done at a fair price as well.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. They were very professional, and worked hard to fit my schedule - as I had to leave in just three days - this included them giving up their Sunday to take down a tree that had been damaged by the storms and was a danger to my neighbor's property and my mothers. The men came early as promised and worked almost without pause for the next 7 hours.

They protected the yard, house and the neighbor's property and cleaned up everything! I have worked with few companies in the past who have done their job as well and do it with such enthusiasm. Can't say enough about the quality of Progressive Tree Service's work and their professionalism. We came home to a large fractured tree limb dangling precariously over our second story balcony. The tree service we have used in the past wasn't going to be able get a crew out for at least a week. I left Progressive a message at 4pm and by 6pm, Diego came out to take a look.

He secured the damaged limb with ropes and by 6am the next morning, Juan, Diego and their crew were on site surgically removing the damaged limb and carefully lowering it to the ground without so much as touching the side of the house or our neighbor's fence. Diego told me he wouldn't have been able to sleep at night if he hadn't secured the limb overnight. Moreover, these guys are certified arborists NOT landscapers with chainsaws.

They demonstrated a thorough understanding of how to care and maintain our 100 year old Siberian Elm. Their pricing is competitive too. They came in about $60 less than the other tree service and were able to secure and remove the broken limb immediately. I highly recommend this locally owned family business.

Team was quick and efficient. They showed up and made quick work of the row of trees we needed removed. They had no problem adding a trimming task to their workload for the day. Cost was reasonable given the size of the job 14 arbors 2 huge trimming jobs.

As a landscape designer, running into tree maintenance and tree issues is a frequent occurrence. After receiving other bids and having worked with other arborists, I consistently choose to work with Juan. Progressive Tree Care provides the best value for arbor care around. Not only is his team honest, intelligent, and professional, but the prices are fair as well.

We had a large birch tree in front of our house partly collapse. The rest of the tree was in danger of falling and causing a risky situation. Progressive tree service was able to get us a quote quickly and come remove the tree on short notice. They were quite professional and safely downed the remaining portions of the tree without any additional damage to house or properly. In addition, per my request they cut the tree into firewood length rounds and stacked it neatly in the yard to season. Excellent service I plan on using them again.

Great. Juan is a certified arborist. He is clearly very knowledgeable and professional. Crew communicated well, and cleaned up after each visit. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were careful about safety (harnesses, cherry picker). We got good advice and excellent service.

Juan and his guys have taken care of our magnolia tree for the last several years and we trust their advice. We just had them take down a spruce tree that was dying and prune a silver maple that really needed it. When they said "11 to 2" I thought that was the projected arrival time, but I was wrong. They started at 11 and by 2 pm, both jobs were done and the whole yard was cleaned up.
They did an excellent job in an efficient and professional manner and above all, their price was highly competitive. I can recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I called Progressive Tree Service in 2020 based on the wonderful reviews on Yelp. It's a long story, but suffice to say that our neighbors are putting in a wood fence, and asked us to contribute to this project by taking out two small trees on our side, grinding a stump, and paying to take out the chain link fence. We're nice neighbors so we agreed to all of this. I called two companies, and Juan's company came in a good $200 under the other company's estimate, but he couldn't come until the following week. Then our neighbors sprung on us that the fence was going sooner than we expected and so the trees and stump needed to be out immediately. I called Juan and he came out a day after his estimate to do all the work! I have never worked with a company that works with the customer in such a way. Thorough, clean, excellent work from this company. I highly recommend.

These guys are pros! Super impressed by their ability to work in a very tight and narrow space with lots of obstacles including power lines, neighbor's roofs, and fences. I would hire them again in a minute. Fast and clean. Did an excellent job, and the trees look great. Progressive also did a great job at clean-up afterward. A+

Progressive has been taking care of our trees for several years and the trees have never looked better (I've lived in this house for over 30 years, so that means something).
