Over the past 20 years, Project One. Has been working hard to supply our youth with the necessary skills to become successful in their transitions into adulthood. Our efforts have yielded over 10, 000 youth placed in meaningful career path employment. Project One is a school-based, community-based, faith-based, not-for-profit, educational organization that exists to serve, educate, train and prepare disadvantaged youth and adults for healthy and successful transitions into post-secondary education.

Project One, Inc., has an ongoing need for volunteers to help coordinate upcoming functions throughout the year. Volunteer chairpersons are needed in the following capacities: Graduation Committee, Walk-A-Thon, Kick Off Breakfast, Children's Day Service, Fashion Show, and Awards for Excellence Committee. Fatherhood and Family
read moreThis initiative is designed to aid young fathers in the areas of psychological growth, spirituality, education, employability and parenting skills. This initiative will teach stress management, conflict resolution, reasons for providing economic support for children, men's health, and other related issues. We believe that becoming an educated parent provides the avenue to becoming a good parent. If you know a young father, or if you know of a young father, we stand ready and able to provide this type of assistance.
