Propel Health is a health care group that specializes in helping patients prevent and manage chronic diseases. Propel Health's specialists are referred patients looking to prevent complications from obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney dysfunction, bowel disorders, metabolic conditions such as thyroid, adrenal conditions, and polycystic ovary syndrome.
