Proper T Inspections

In 1986 my house was totaled by a fire caused by a wiring defect. The fire and it's affects on my family were devastating. I preform each of my inspections with the memory of that fire in the back of my mind. I'm a thorough inspector and I treat each inspection as if I were doing it for my own family. I take the time to review the report with you and point out the nice as well as the not so nice issues of the property.
