Ron graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Upon completion of an internship in cardiac & pulmonary rehab, Ron owned & operated fitness facilities and an athletic enhancement camp in Spokane, WA. Ron has over twelve years knowledge in the fitness industry and is recognised as one of Idaho's leading functional training gurus. Through his experiences, he has been exposed to a huge range of training techniques and concepts, thus utilizing the finest of these principles to provide a balanced approach to health and fitness.
